Based in Hamilton the CBD Carpet Mill draws on its long experience in Carpet Manufacturing and Retail to produce an extensive selection of competitively priced carpets for you.  The CBD Carpet Mill Mobile Service is a natural extension allowing us to provide a fantastic 100% Mobile service throughout New Zealand.

CBD Carpet Mill Factory

We opened our brand new carpet factory in Hamilton in September 09 and have moved more than 80% of our tufting and backing processes to New Zealand. With the latest innovative robotic measuring and cutting machines our factory focuses on processing top quality New Zealand yarn for your carpets, we also process and supply a full selection of synthetic fibres.

All our Quality Wool carpets carry an Extended Manufacturers Wear Warranty that cover pile content, durability, resistance to soiling and colour fastness to reasonable sunlight and cleaning. All our warranties are, of course, subject to regular maintenance, protection from strong sunlight and normal wear and tear.

NSF Ion Free Carpets

The NSF Ion Free range of carpets is a revolutionary Canadian technology which have no chemical bonds between fibres providing high stain resistance, in fact we have not yet found a stain that we could not remove. In addition to this the NSF Ion Free carpets have a low moisture absorbency which make it difficult for germs and odour to remain in the carpet. All Ion free products are treated with Hass&Rohm, the latest German anti-bacterial treatment.

Extended Wear Warranty

All CBD Carpetmill carpet products are covered by our exclusive extended wear warranty. 

This covers all our carpets against manufacturing defects for the term specified on the back of your sample.

Our warranty is the only carpet warranty that comes direct to you. You deal direct with the manufacturer, cutting out the middleman, so if you have a query or concern the process is easy.

All faulty products will either be replaced or repaired at no cost and with a minimum of inconvenience.

We recommend regular maintenance and protection from strong sunlight to extend the lifespan of your carpet. Normal wear and tear is not a warrantable defect.
